MONEY MAKES THE WORLD GO ROUND?

Money makes the world go round
But I am not going to live that way

Money controls people
But I am not going to live that way

Money makes people wake up early
Money makes them sleep late
Money keeps them awake in the night
But I am not going to live that way

Money makes men conform
Money keeps men informed
Money steals men’s mind
But I am not going to live that way

Money makes men selfish
Money makes men envy
Money causes strive
But I am not going to live that way

Money makes men carefree
Money makes men insensitive
Money makes men blind
But I am not going to live that way

Money causes false humility
Money causes stupidity
Money causes pride
But I am not going to live that way

Money makes men forget the source
They tidy expenses, follow the market and stock
Money makes men forget God
But I am not going to live that way

I am going to live by a set of different rules
Rules embedded in the holy book
And according to all that is written in it, I’ll do
So I shall make prosper my way
and good success awaits

Yes, money makes the world go round
But I am not going to live that way
Because I am not of the world
Jesus told me so and this much I know

“This book of the law shall not depart out of your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall have good success.”
