– Kirk Franklin Wins Soul Train Awards for Best Gospel/Inspirational Song
Iconic Gospel artiste Kirk Franklin has won the Best Gospel/Inspirational Song at the 2016 Soul Train Awards.
Franklin’s “123 Victory” won over Travis Green’s – “Made A Way”, Hezekiah Walker’s – “Better”, Donnie McClurkin’s- “I Need You” and Tamela Mann’s- “God Provides”.
Hosted by Erykah Badu, the 2016 Soul Train Awards aired Sunday Night on BET and Centric, was filmed in Las Vegas, November 6.
“123 Victory,” is Franklin’s second hit single off his chart-topping eleventh studio album, “Losing My Religion” (Fo Yo Soul Recordings / RCA Records), it’s the 2nd single release off the album and it follows the record-breaking #1 single “Wanna Be Happy?”.
