Timaya Says Winners Chapel Founder Bishop Oyedepo Is His Role Model

Nigerian singer and songwriter, Inetimi Alfred Odon, better known by his stage name Timaya revealed that Winners Chapel founder, Bishop Oyedepo is his role model during an interview with PUNCH’s Tofarati Ige.

The Dem Mama Soldiers CEO who has a good number of hit tracks to his name since coming into the limelight in 2005 with the release of his monster hit track  “Dem Mama” revealed that Bishop David Oyedepo is his role model and that he ensures he attend Winners’ crusades anytime he is around.

“That would be Bishop David Oyedepo. I attend Living Faith Church, aka Winner’s Chapel, and I don’t joke with the activities of the church.”

As much as I can, I make sure I attend as many of their services, crusades, and other programmes whenever I’m in the country”.  he said when been quizzed about who his role model is during the interview.

Timaya also spoke about his life while hawking, his record label and his work with the youths of the Niger Delta.
