Benny Hinn labels Nigerian leadership evil – Says God will defeat the purpose of Islam

Televangelist Benny Hinn has come out somewhat confrontational in a new viral video taken from a message he preached at a programme tagged ‘Experience Conference’, at The Maker’s House Chapel International in Accra, Ghana.

The televangelist directly labelled Nigerian leadership as evil and also declared Ghana a Christian nation, whilst saying that God will begin to defeat the purpose of Islam in Nigeria.

“The Lord declares the evil powers in Nigeria will be broken,” Benny Hinn declared.

“I see two years before that power begins to shatter in Nigeria. God will begin to defeat the purpose of Islam in Nigeria,” he continued, leading attendees in prayer.

“I declare Ghana to be a Christian nation and remain a Christian nation. No foreign demon or spirit will ever have dominion over the government of Ghana!”

Following the circulation of the clip, Ghanaians and Nigerians alike have been reacting to the video. Alhaji Irbard Ibrahim a security expert and Muslim activist said Benny Hinn should be banned from entering Ghana saying his message is “extremist and divisive.”

This follows the news making rounds that Benny Hinn has backtracked on prosperity Gospel after another viral clip showed the preacher sharing his new outlook on the issue.
