THESE ARE KAIROS MOMENTS!

“You will arise and have mercy on Zion; for it is time to have pity on her. Yes, the set time has come.”
– Psalm 102:13

A close relative and her family are moving into their new house just at the edge of eviction. A friend of mine also got a delayed answer to prayer now she’s got international access and doors are beginning to open in foreign countries, another friend called me to tell me about suddenly getting a job he has been waiting on for a long time… And the testimonies goes on…

When I talk about kairos moment, I am not talking about a god but the God of opportune time. That being said, I spoke at a gathering last month of the need to discern the time because these are kairos moments and God is touching lives and suddenly stepping into situations. Any one who is in tune to the move of the spirit cannot go through these times and not have a testimony.

You know, God’s timing is not the same as man’s. We count time by the chronos (chronology), that is, calendar, wristwatches and clocks but God operates by the Kairos which is higher than our own timing.

It takes the spirit of God to understand this timing because to a man, it happens suddenly. But God determine time by certain chain of events to a victorious conclusion. Most of the time, it begins with a prophesy, then the trying period follows. It is those who scale through this trying period without loosing heart that gets to the set time. The book of Revelation 21: 7 says:

“All who are victorious will inherit all these blessings, and I will be their God, and they will be my children.”

It goes further to determine those who will not inherit these blessings but the one that struck me most which the next verse mention is that “cowards” (those who loose heart) are part of those who will not inherit the blessings.

I know that chapter was talking about the ultimate victory which we shall inherit in the kingdom of God but. Mathew 6:10 says let your kingdom come let your will be done on earth as it is in heaven so trust me, it is applicable here on earth.

Dear friend run with the word today because God is saying He is not done with yet. These are Kairos moments and you are going to testify big time! It’s the set time!
