I know where you live…” – Revelation 2:13
At times, we feel that God does not care or does not even know what we go through. It puts us in a lonely state because our heart is breaking and there is no immediate solution to the problem at hand.
Well, Jesus can relate with this too. His disciples fled and denied Him in His most difficult time, they slept while He prayed and on the cross, He cried out to God asking why He has been forsaken.
Older people fear ending life while young ones fear being alone forever. Loneliness can cause devastating effect to ones self-worth but God who created Adam knew he was incomplete and therefore gave him Eve – He even introduced them.
He said “I know where you live…” God knows your name, your address, your thoughts, He sees when your heart is breaking, He cares about how you feel and your well being. Therefore, don’t be anxious, don’t make a hasty decision and bow to pressure but instead trust God to come visiting soon… Just keep your door opened for him.
