The way of the sluggard is overgrown with thorns [it pricks, lacerates, and entangles him], but the way of the righteous is plain and raised like a highway.” – Proverbs 15:19
Procrastination hurts people.
Laziness prevents us from being loving. Love requires commitment, energy, and work. A lot of people just don’t want to work at being loving; it’s easier to be lazy. Many marriages break up because one spouse — perhaps both spouses – are unwilling to make the effort necessary to save the marriage.
At times, you may even try to work at being loving but because of the lazy character, you fall short. You don’t carry out an instruction when you where supposed to, therefore everyone will have to face the consequence of your procrastination. Like, not fixing the block drainage, zinc and have water spill all over the place.
Prayerfully consider the price you may be paying for procrastination.
