“Find God” crooner, Ireland based singer Yetunde Joyce releases her latest single titled “Lift Him High.” Yetunde’s sound is ever fresh, classical and can be categorized under world music. What’s even more is the spirit behind her song! It’s such an awesome thing to have her in the “Gospeldom.”

She said:

‘He has turned my mourning into dancing’ (Psalm 30:11-12)

When I first started writing songs, I use to pray that I could one day write songs that will heal the sick, and minister hope to those who are discouraged. It came to pass when I released “Find God”.

“Lift Him High” was inspired by God Almighty as I recovered from a sudden sickness last year August 2013. The sickness started on the 23rd of July 2013, exactly two days after the release of “Find God”. Honestly at some point I thought I would die as I could not sit or stand without a dreadful pain from my head to my lower back, but God showed His power.

As if that was not enough, not more than 5months from the sickness, there was a fire accident that consumed the whole house on the 26th of December 2013 and I was in a temporary accomodation for a long time. The good news was that it did not stop me from doing what God has called me to do. So I always sing this song during my quiet time. Honestly if not for God where will I be?

I trust God but never imagined that such test would give birth great victory.

Then I spoke to my Producer Wole Oni about recording “Lift Him High”.

The funny thing about making music is you see people come and go; all the same I am glad I can sing to you about someone that never changes.

I want to use this opportunity to say a big thank you to God who has sustained me in the race of life, to all my fans and to everyone that supported me. I love you all and I hope this song blesses all my fans around the world.”
