The Annual Arise Women Conference 2016 held during the weekend and had First ladies of various states converged at the Redeemed Christian Church of God’s City of David Parish.

Themed ‘Grace to Grace’, the conference was hosted by Pastor Siju Iluyomade.  The Arise Women Conference is an organisation committed to accelerating nation building through the empowerment of women.

Guest ministers are Pastor Mrs Grace Okorede and Pastor. (Dr.) Becky Enenche of Dunamis International Gospel Church. Music ministration was by Glowreeyah Braimah

At the conference, there was free medical treatment, cervical cancer screening, skin care consultation, free eye tests and glasses, free checks on blood Sugar Level and blood pressure.

Guests who attended include wife of the Vice President of Nigeria, Dolapo Osinbajo; Senior special Assistant in Foreign Affairs and the Diaspora, Abike Dabiri; Minister of Finance, Kemi Adeosun, H.E. Mrs. Omolara Ahmed, the First Lady of Kwara amongst others.
