Dapz is a young and dynamic rapper with great talent. he hails from the ancient city of kaduna and brings to us his first song ever Mai Gona. it is a song in which he featured D’ben and the hook sang by Immaculate Danny.
He says the song was inspired by the scripture verse ‘matt 28:19-20’ which admonishes us to go make disciples of all nations. the song was done with a perfect blend of hausa and english languages. Gona means farm and Noma means to cultivate and if jesus is the owner of the vineyard then we are the the farmers (co-labourers) and based on john 15:1 and as scriptures says, if any is not productive he/she will be cut off from the tree. so we are “farming” for the kingdom and we just got started and we’re never gonna stop.
