The UK based Gospel singer who is set to tie the knot with her Ghanaian heartrob, Philip Frimpong in October took to her Instagram page to advise young brides to always trust and obey God.
She was asked a question on Instagram by a follower to advice young bride such as herself on how to prepare for the big day and marriage.
She answered by advising young brides to trust and obey God.
She also told young brides not to care about other people’s opinions and expressed the marriage is more important than the wedding.
Carissa said: “Trust God and obey. Don’t care about the opinion of others and what they have to say … (particularly those who don’t even know you). It’s just 1 day. What’s to come after is way more important. There’s a lot really.”
