Senior pastor of Foundation of Truth Assembly. (FOTA), Rev Yomi Kasali has strongly disagreed with, who many believed to be Reverend Funke Adejumo, concerning certain method of seed sowing.

Reverend Funke has raised mixed reactions on social media after several videos showing the popular pastor asking for donations from church goers went viral. In one video, she asks for N1million and in another she asks for $1000.

Several petition were written against her to ban her ministerial activities in UK, US and EU but with over 26,000 signature for the counter petition, she rose above the heat.

However, in a video that is now circulating the social media, Reverend Yomi Kasali made reference to the videos circulating the social media, mentioning “a preacher fleecing members, asking for $1000″ and  “this woman,” making many believe he was referring to Rev. Funke.

While preaching in his church recently, Reverend Kasali said:

“Christians no longer have consciences. Preachers have dead conscience. I watched the video of a preacher fleecing members, asking for $1000 and I said does this woman have a conscience? You know you are lying. The bible says speaking lies in hypocrisy and have their consciences seared. She knows what I am talking about. If she has an ear, let her hear, Judgement is coming on her very soon.”

Reverend Funke Adejumo continues to stay silent on the matter without issuing any response while carrying on her ministerial duties as before time.

OUR VIEW:

One interesting thing to note is that most of the seeds Rev. Funke asked for was not in her church, therefore she could not have been the one collecting all the seeds sown… therefore, could it be that there is a missing link we need to connect before judging her?
