“Only You” is simply a song that redirects the mind towards the enduring nature of God and how He alone loves us no matter the condition. Friends may leave us when the going gets tough. We can have humans as fair-weather friends, but Jesus remains true to us even in the most difficult situations.
It is, therefore, foolishness to put our trust in man rather than God who cannot fail.
