The Asaphs is a choral group of young talented musicians who can deliver a wide range of choral music with different styles and genre of music.
The Asaphs is known for her beautiful rendition of hymns, psalms, spirituals, folklore, classical, contemporary, reggae and recently Gospel pop and Afrobeat, she is perhaps the youngest professional choir in the country with a distinction in the advanced choral singing from the “Associated Board Royal Schools of Music”, London.
The group started in December 2015 with only 20 members and today grown to well over 50 members between the ages of 16 to 24. The group has received blessings from father in the Lord and a father of music in this country Dr. D.K. Olukoya. She is still growing from strength to strength.
The group is directed by Daniel Etim.
