-Unknown Gunmen Shoots Pastor In Delta State & Abduct Members
Gunmen stormed Elyon Paradise Ministry in Ogwashi-Uku, Delta State, during a vigil on Friday, shooting the pastor and abducting six church members in a brutal attack that has left the community in shock.
The attack, which occurred around 10 p.m. at the church near Delta State Polytechnic, left Apostle Divine Omodia hospitalised with gunshot wounds.
A source said they kidnapped six church members, rounding them up and whisking them away to an unknown destination.

“They shot the pastor, cut off his fingers, and took six church members away.
“The pastor was rushed to the hospital, where several medical personnel battled to save his life.
The Police Public Relations Officer of the State Command, SP Bright Edafe, confirmed the incident on Sunday.

He said, “Yes, it is confirmed. The incident was reported on Saturday evening. A rescue team is currently in the bush tracking the suspects.”
