Senior Pastor of House on the Rock Church, Paul Adefarasin, denies claims that he brandished a firearm in a viral video. The video showed Adefarasin holding a metallic object while speaking to a content creator who was recording his Range Rover.

In the 10-second video, a black Range Rover slows near the videographer, and the tinted window rolls down. The content creator is heard greeting Adefarasin, but the pastor appears to respond sternly while holding what some viewers interpreted as a pistol.

In a statement posted on his social media handles, Adefarasin described the claims as a misunderstanding, stating that the object seen in the footage was not a firearm and that he did not point it at anyone.
