Greg Laurie, pastor of Harvest Christian Fellowship in Riverside, California, shared that his recent hip surgery was “100% successful” and that he is now “healing up” and “walking.”
Laurie, who founded the Harvest Crusade, shared the news on social media on Sunday, which included a video clip of him recounting his experience.
“A lot of people talk down on prayer these days, but I’ve never been more thankful for it. While I was recovering from hip surgery, so many of you were praying for me, and I want you to know those prayers were answered!”

He also recounted momentary divine encounters throughout his hospital experience, saying believers from the receptionist to the nurses and even his doctor offered prayer.
