– Leke Adeboye Celebrates Valentine On Lagos Street
It was a different kind of Valentine’s Day celebration in Lagos as Pastor Leke Adeboye took to the streets to share a message of love, hope, and salvation.
Instead of the usual flowers and candlelit dinners associated with February 14, the Pastor of The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) marked the day by reaching out to residents and passersby with prayers, worship, and words of encouragement.
The outreach, held on major streets in Lagos, drew the attention of commuters, traders, and youths who paused to listen to the message of God’s love.

Volunteers distributed tracts and offered prayers to those seeking spiritual support. According to organizers, several individuals made commitments to Christ during the evangelistic drive.
Speaking during the event, the clergyman emphasized that Valentine’s Day should reflect the ultimate expression of love, the sacrifice of Jesus Christ.

The street evangelism forms part of ongoing community outreach efforts by the church aimed at spreading the gospel beyond the walls of the auditorium and into everyday spaces.
