dear artisteIncreasing numbers of Nigerian music artistes are producing content that can be described as substandard and have no real staying power.  New artistes coming into the industry are also being drawn into this lazy culture and are quick to produce substandard, non – radio worthy music and yet, expect world-wide acceptance.

To help nip this trend in the bud, and also inspire young artistes to find a purpose and meaning in their art, #DearArtiste™ in collaboration with Do The Dream Initiative and empowered by SPINLET, is offering a free seminar titled; “Finding Art and Entertainment With Purpose”.  The seminar will be held at the Yusuf Grillo Hall, of the School Of Arts, Yaba College Of Technology at 10am on  Saturday, 7th March 2015.

Keynote Speakers are:

Award Winning Music Producer, ID Cabasa

Barrister Demilade Olaosun – Principal Partner,  RBMM Solicitors

Ms Alero Eghagha – Head Of Music, Cool FM, Wazobia FM and Nigeria Info FM.
