Obiwon was honoured at a recently held award ceremony held by Applause Magazine Achievers Award were he scooped 2 plaque.
Obiwon was honoured for Album of the Year for ‘Gold Water’ and Collaboration of the Year for ‘Hail My King’.
Speaking on the honour, he said;
“[I am] Surprised to be honoured twice… Now [I am] looking excitedly at the rest of this Anniversary Year (2005 – 2015) and projects…”
