Abuja based singer Faith Yebo tops the list with about 1,548 votes. She is a contemporary Gospel artist, a Praise/Worship leader, called to show forth the praises of my God. Faith Yebo is also an administrator, makeup artist, photographer and founder- Still Beautiful Initiative, a project with the vision of Touching Lives and Changing Stories of those who have reasons not to feel loved and beautiful.
Her genre of music is alternative/soft rock and indigenous songs. Her latest single “Praise to Yahweh” was released after she suffered some health challenges which threatened to take her voice, but God came through for her, this was after the release of her debut album.
Amongst her other singles include ‘Daukaka”, “Still Beautiful”, “Ese”, “Na God”, amongst others. Yebo was amogst the Top 5 in the Reader’s Choice of SelahAfrik’s Most Fashionable Female Personalities last year as well.
2. KQ Tomiwa
KQ Tomiwa follows closely with a total of 1201 votes. Her single “Ore Mi” featuring Timi Dakolo is still enjoying airplay and rave reviews. Tomiwa is also a stylist and Fashion blogger.
3. Joi Mor
At number 3 is Joi Mor with a total of 921 votes. Her single “Yahweh” and “Chim Oma” are amongst the best releases of 2015.
4. Ada
Beautiful, fly and uber talented Ada is the Reader’s Choice for Number 4 with a total of 712 votes. Ada rocked 2015 with her numerous releases which include “Bobo Me” (Remix), “Only You”, and “iTestify”.
5. Glowreeyah
Kaleidoscope of colours, Glowreeyah sits at the 5th spot with 473 votes.
