Founder and General Superintendent of the Deeper Life Bible Church, Pastor William Folorunso Kumuyi has been honored with a doctorate degree by university of Abuja.
The man of God was conferred with an honorary Doctor of Philosophy degree during the institution’s 22nd Convocation ceremony in Abuja. Present at the occasion includes his wife, overseers and senior leaders in churches across the 36 states, as well as long time friends and colleagues.
Pastor Kumuyi graduated with a first-class honours degree in mathematics at the University of Ibadan and taught at Mayflower School for a while. After which he went to the University of Lagos to do a Postgraduate Certificate in Education and became a lecturer there in 1973; and that was when he started a small Deeper Life Bible Study group.
