According to a Facebook group called Voice of the Church, It is alleged that the Living Faith Church senior pastor David Oyedepo, has completed a project at Canaan Land called Mandate Estate.
The residential structures is massively equipped to ensure the convenience of residence. It is powered by a 15 MW gas turbine which provides electricity for residents without letting off any noise.
Within the center of the estate is a place called Bishop’s Court. This place serves as a residence for Bishop David Oyedepo but has been housing the vice president of the church.
The Estate also has its own helipad for quick travel or for conveyance to the airport.
The Estate is a preamble of what’s to come in the Church’ own estate where thousands of houses are being built for members.
