Folake Bridget Idowu is a talented singer-songwriter and accomplished worshiper. Her career started in Nigeria as worship leader of various Christian ministries, and later, she began to compose her songs.
“Oba Onise Nla” which means “Wonderful God” was her debut album, a collection of breakthrough praise and gospel songs and its headline concert had 2,000 people in attendance at the Aurora Conference Centre, Osogbo, Nigeria.
Folake Bridget Idowu has done well as an experienced worship leader in different denominations with her music style shining through. You can call it a blend of contemporary worship, afro-praise, hymns and gospel.
Today, she released her debut UK single “Vows,” a song dedicated to bringing the focus back to Jesus Christ. This brand new song will capture listeners with its simplicity and soulful worship melodies.
