Celiono, Oghene Ose Woruno

– New single by Celiono Oghene Ose Woruno

Celiono, Oghene Ose WorunoGospel music singer Celiono wasted no time in following up her December 2019 release with her first single for the year 2020 titled “Oghene Ose Woruno”

The song which combines urban instrumental with traditional folk balances the appeal of this Urhobo mid-tempo vibe for both the young and the old. It is a song of gratitude, Celiono praises God as she reminisces on times God’s mighty hands have pulled her up. She enjoys her listeners in thanksgiving using the Urhobo dialect.

The song follows the release of “Kpevwo Oghene” which was met with great reviews and feedback on release in December 2020. The 2019 December release was the first following her 7 years hiatus. She released “Ovie” in 2012 and complemented it with a video.

Celina Onoriode Ejemai is a native of Agbarho in Ughelli North Delta state. She is a graduate of Delta State University where she studied Economics and is currently a Banker.

Her genre is mainly Contemporary Christian music which she blends with the rich African traditional rhythm to birth great songs of praise and worship. Celiono started music professionally in 2009. She is also a member of Day Spring Model Parish Choir at RCCG Province 21 based in Lagos, Nigeria.
