Pastor Adeboye Says Corruption Is Nigeria Biggest Problem

– Pastor Adeboye Believes Corruption And Lack Of Accountability Is Nigeria’s Biggest Problem

General overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor EA Adeboye says corruption and lack of accountability on the leader’s part is Nigeria’s biggest problems.

While speaking during his Sunday sermon, the man of God said the Nigerian government has enough money to provide palliatives for every citizen, but that corruption and lack of accountability are the country’s problems.

The highly influential man of God who has never been the one to shy away when it comes to giving his honest opinion on matters like this regardless of how it may sounds says Nigerian as a nation can offer better than what they are offering now but corruption at the highest level and lack of accountability on the leader’s part won’t make.

While using his church as an example, Pastor Adeboye revealed how the church spent between N250m and N400m monthly on corporate social responsibility, and believes the government can do much better.

The cleric spoke at the monthly thanksgiving service at the RCCG Headquarters, Throne of Grace, Ebute-Metta, Lagos State said; “To say there is not enough money to give juicy palliatives to Nigerians is an understatement because Nigeria has the money. But the problem known to everyone is corruption and lack of accountability.

“For example, in RCCG, we spend a substantial amount of money on corporate social responsibility of between N250m and N400m every month.”
