Nigeria based gospel artiste and songwriter, Mercy Elo, made her new year recording debut with “Woyoma,” which means “God Is Good.”
The song means “God Is Good.” It’s a gift from heaven for the young singer who wants to spread her music to the world after a long time behind the scenes.
“Woyoma” is a message of encouragement to everyone who is going through a time in their lives where they should give thanks to God.

This is what Mercy Elo had to say when she talked about the song; “‘Woyoma’ is a song of gratitude as it expresses my deep felt heart to God. There were times I actually watched my mum dying that we had to rush my mum to the hospital and seemed like there was no hope for her and before you knew it God restored her.
“Then came the word out of my mouth ‘WOYOMA’ which interprets ‘You are good’ in Urhobo dialect of Delta State Nigeria”.
This upbeat music is delivered in a seamless blend of Urhobo and English. DK Praise produced the sound, Demix Mix and mastered the track.
