– Pastor Adeboye Receives Doctorate Degree From US University
General Overseer of Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Adeboye has received an honorary doctorate degree from the Oral Roberts University.
The degree was presented to the clergyman by the President of Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States, at the Redemption City in Ogun State.
While presenting the award to pastor Adeboye, Oral Roberts University President said;
“Tonight I am here to present Doctor of Divinity for distinguished service and spiritual leadership to Enoch Adejare Adeboye.

Adeboye could not be with us in Tulsa for the ceremony. I decided to bring his degree to him here in Nigeria.
“It is my pleasure as Tusla President to grant Dr E.A. Adeboye the Honorary Degree of Doctor of Divinity for distinguished services, and spiritual leadership with all rights, privileges and immunities pertaining to there, here and elsewhere.
The renowned cleric also revealed he tried to dodge the award given that he had received seven honorary degrees already.
Receiving the honour, Adeboye said;
“I want to thank oralrobertsu for this honor and will like the Institution to know that it has been received with all our hearts and we are extremely grateful.”
