Yoruba Gospel music minister Tope Alabi, is set to release Nigeria’s first gospel artiste movie titled “The Weight” which was inspired by God.

The movie, “The Weight” is already on the works and is produced by Tope Alabi herself and directed by Ayoola Benedict.

The movie is a story that shares God’s compassion, love and betrayal. And it promises to be spiritually uplifting.

The veteran gospel artiste, while announcing the release date of the movie said;

“Don’t give up on yourself because God WILL NEVER give up on you.

The movie, which is directed by Ayoola Benedict, features A-list cast such as Anny, Enkay, Benita Okojie, Tosin Martins, Mike Abdul, Ibitayo Jeje, Blessyn, G Minor, Bidemi Olaoba, Efe Nathan, Tosin Alao, Chigozie, Big Bolaji, Psalmos, Nikki Laoye, Saco and a host of other gospel music artists.

Nikki Laoye who was also part of the cast and could not conceal her excitement said it’s been a while she showed off her acting skills and could not wait to see the final work!
