– God Loves You Tour To Be Launched In Maryland
Evangelist Franklin Graham will share a message of God’s love and forgiveness to thousands of people as he launches “God Loves You” tour.
The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association launched will be holding the first live event at the Charles County Fairgrounds in La Plata, Maryland.
“We are coming to remind people there is Good News! God loves us, and He sent His Son Jesus Christ to earth to save us from our sins,” he said.
According to the Billy Graham Associatio, they will make tour stops in Maryland, Virginia, and North Carolina to speak.
“This coastal area is a beautiful place with such a rich history, but like every area of our country, there are many people who don’t know God. So many are searching and struggling. I simply want them to know that God cares for them and has a plan for their lives,” said Graham.

A spokesperson for Graham told The Christian Post on Tuesday that more than 17,500 people attended the first three stops of the tour. Due to rain during Sunday’s event, 5,000 covered seats were offered to attendees at the Maryland State Fairgrounds in Timonium.
Graham told told the crowd that God has sent him to remind them of how He sent His son from Heaven to absolve the world of sin, and save them.
“Jesus Christ paid the penalty of sin. He took our sins to the cross,” the evangelist said. “He shed His blood on the cross; He died on the cross. He was buried, and on the third day, God raised His son to life. And if you’re willing to accept this and believe this, God will forgive your sins tonight.”
