-Abiodun Essiet Meets Ezekiel Dachomo In Plateau State
A senior aide to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Abiodun Essiet, meets with Plateau clergyman Rev. Ezekiel Dachomo in a move aimed at easing rising tensions and addressing security concerns in Plateau State.
The visit comes amid national reactions to recent claims by Islamic cleric Sheikh Ahmad Gumi, who alleged that Christian communities in the Middle Belt were staging fake mass burials using empty coffins to mislead the international community.
The allegation triggered widespread outrage, including a strong rebuttal from Rev. Dachomo, who invited journalists to a mass grave site in Bindi-Jebbu, Riyom LGA to prove that the victims of recent attacks were real.

Dachomo reportedly restated his community’s readiness to defend the truth regarding the mass grave in Bindi-Jebbu.
