Renowned Christian leader, Pastor William Kumuyi, has emphasized that the true mark of a glorious church is rooted in holiness rather than material wealth or outward splendour.
He made this known while addressing believers on the essential values that define a spiritually healthy church.
According to Kumuyi, many congregations today have become increasingly focused on physical structures, financial strength, and social influence, often forgetting the foundational call to live sanctified lives.

He stressed that genuine glory in the church is not measured by large auditoriums, modern facilities, or financial prosperity, but by a people committed to purity, righteousness, and obedience to God.
Pastor Kumuyi explained that the early Church stood out not because of riches but because of character, consecration, and unwavering devotion to God.
He urged Christians and church leaders to return to the biblical standard of holiness, insisting that only a sanctified church can reflect the true glory of Christ.
Holiness Makes A Glorious Church
He concluded by reminding believers that God’s presence rests upon a holy people, not merely upon impressive structures or material achievements.
