Police detains Evangelist Ukpo Daniel over alleged video of bandits attack on church crusade in Nasarawa, on Monday 24th of November, 2025.
You would recall that the evangelist, in a video which circulated online, recounted how the church crusade came to an unexpected halt after a group of armed individuals interrupted the gathering.
According to the evangelist, the crusade, which had drawn a large attendance, was progressing smoothly with worship, prayers, and testimonies when the individuals arrived and ordered the team to discontinue the service.
He explained that the disruption created tension among attendees, forcing organizers to quickly calm the crowd and ensure the safe and orderly dispersal of participants.

“One of the youths in the community was attacked while riding his motorcycle and suffered a machete cut. His motorcycle was also taken. When news of the attack reached us, confusion broke out and people began to flee,” he said.

However, according to reports, it has been gathered that the evangelist was arrested today, 26th of November, 2025.
