Dupe Akinwande is a dynamic gospel singer known for expressing the message of God through heartfelt worship and the teaching of His Word. She has just unveiled her latest single and music video, “Oluwani Ni,” released in the wake of her highly successful “God of Creation” Music Concert, which took place on June 14, 2025, in Lagos State, Nigeria, and featured a powerful live ministration by acclaimed gospel artist Mike Abdul.
A British–Nigerian gospel minister based in the United Kingdom, Dupe Akinwande began her ministry journey as a choir member in 1993 while in Nigeria. In January 2000, she relocated to the UK to join her fiancé, and they were married shortly after. In 2004, she received a clear divine call into singing ministry—an encounter that opened her eyes to her God-given purpose and reaffirmed her belief that God can use every available platform to reach humanity.
Her recording journey officially began in 2010, and in 2015, she released her debut single, “My Destiny.” This was followed by her second single, “God Is Faithful,” released in 2019. In 2020, she unveiled her official album titled “God Is Faithful,” further establishing her voice in gospel music ministry.
To date, Dupe Akinwande’s ministry has produced two albums, over 18 music videos, and more than 30 audio recordings, all centered on spreading God’s love and hope to the nations.
Her latest release, “Oluwani Ni,” is one of seven songs recorded live during the God of Creation music concert. The song is a heartfelt declaration of praise, reflecting her passion for worship and excellence in ministry.
Operating under the ministry vision “Voice of Hope to Nations,” Dupe Akinwande continues to compose, perform, and minister songs that communicate God’s love, inspire faith, and uplift lives across the world.
