– Kingsley Okonkwo Draws Tattoo – Pere Egbi Says It’s Not Wrong
Ex- Big Brother Naija star, Pere Egbi has defended David’s Christian Centre lead Pastor Kingsley Okonkwo decision, as he draws tattoo, stating that it doesn’t make him less of a pastor.
Egbi made the comment while reacting to ongoing debates on social media about body art among Christian leaders. According to him, tattoos do not determine a person’s faith, calling, or relationship with God.
He wrote, “I see nothing wrong with a Pastor getting tattoos. We have Pastors with braids, dreadlocks, Pastors who wear earrings, and who jerrycurl their hair!

“Some people would be amazed at the people they’d see in heaven. People, most of y’all write off here on earth as carnal. Some are in for a rude awakening.”
His statement quickly gained traction online, drawing mixed reactions from social media users.
While some agreed with him, describing his view as progressive and aligned with modern Christianity, others disagreed, insisting that religious leaders should uphold traditional standards of appearance.
