Founder of Salvation Ministries, Pastor David Ibiyeomie, has criticized moves to restrict Christian preaching in commercial buses, describing such a law as “stupid” and an infringement on believers’ right to share their faith.
Speaking during a church service, the cleric questioned the rationale behind the proposed restriction, arguing that Christians should not be prevented from preaching in public spaces while other forms of public religious expression continue without similar limitations.
Ibiyeomie maintained that evangelism is a core part of the Christian faith and warned against policies he believes unfairly target Christians.
