Nigerian businessman and socialite, Obi Cubana, has gifted popular cleric and founder of Streams of Joy International, Pastor Jerry Eze, a mansion to celebrate his birthday.
Cubana announced the gesture in a social media post on Saturday, August 22, 2026, as he joined friends, family and well-wishers to celebrate the clergyman.
In a video shared online, the businessman described Eze as one of his most amazing brothers, praising him for his spiritual support and prayers for him and his family.
According to Cubana, he had made a personal commitment in January to gift Eze one of the properties by the time the pastor celebrated his next birthday.

He explained that although construction on the property was still ongoing, he decided to present it to Eze as a birthday gift.
Cubana said the gesture was his way of appreciating Eze for his work in the ministry and service to humanity.
“Today I am presenting one to you as a birthday gift for the work of God and for the service of mankind,” he said.
In an accompanying message, the businessman described Eze’s birthday as a celebration of grace and expressed appreciation for his contributions through his ministry.
He added that the property was expected to be ready by December.
