-David Oyedepo Donates N2OM To Victims Of IDP Camp Attack In Plateau State
The presiding pastor of The Living Faith Tabernacle, Bishop David Oyedepo has donated a sum of N20million to victims who were attacked at the IDP camp in the Mangu local government area of Plateau State.
The clergyman who was represented by the vice president of the Living Faith Church, Pastor Olayinka Folarinsho, noted that there should be peaceful existence among the IDPs.
He also urged the government to do their possible best in order to end the issue of insecurity in the state.
Bishop Oyedepo pleaded with Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in Plateau State to also embrace the act of forgiveness.

David Oyedepo who donates n2Om materials, was presented by his vice president. The items included assorted bags of rice, beans, vegetable oil, cartons of maggi cubes, maize, yam tubers, blankets, mattresses, mosquito nets, toiletries and many household products, said the president taught it wise to stand by the entire people of Plateau with respect to the attacks on some communities in Mangu LGA where hundreds of people were killed and thousands displaced.
“He has specifically sent us to commiserate with the people concerning these attacks. A lot of lives were lost. So many others were displaced and hospitalised. Yesterday we visited some of the hospitals where the injured were receiving treatment. Some have bullets inside their bodies and are undergoing surgeries, we are there to assist them financially to facilitate speedy treatment,” the cleric said.
It was reported that about 150 were killed and 10,000 others displaced from ancestral homes by the attackers suspected to be militia herdsmen.
