– Bishop David Oyedepo Introduces Food Banks & Job Opportunities

Bishop David Oyedepo, founder of Living Faith Church Worldwide, has unveiled a series of initiatives aimed at providing essential support to individuals facing hardship.

According to Church Gist, Bishop Oyedepo revealed plans to establish food banks and clothing racks to help alleviate the struggles of those in need.

Additionally, he unveiled the Covenant employment platform, a job matching platform designed to connect job seekers with suitable employment opportunities.

David Oyedepo said as he introduces food banks and job opportunities; “In recognition of the challenges facing the rest of the world, particularly in our country, the church by the prompting of the holy spirit is opening food banks along our various districts and clothing stocks. No member must beg for bread. No member must go naked. No children must go in rags.”

He then encouraged members to donate to the food banks as God gives them grace. He said; “Put them together in our various districts, a bag of rice, half bag, one quarter a cruise of oil, etc. That is the New Testament Church. In this vein for children Many have baby dresses stacked up in their house, Bring them out. Mathew 25 v 30-40 is coming back where we are called to clothe the naked, visit the sick, and provide for the hungry.”

These initiatives reflect Bishop Oyedepo’s deep commitment to uplifting and empowering individuals during these challenging times.

You would recall that the clergyman donated a sum of N20million to victims who were attacked at the IDP camp in the Mangu local government area of Plateau State, late last year.

Bishop Oyedepo’s visionary leadership and commitment to improving the lives of others serve as an inspiration to many, fostering a spirit of generosity and compassion within the congregation and beyond.
