Limoblaze Leads Christian Youths In Prayer Walk Amidst Protest

Rapper Limoblaze sparks off worldwide Christian youths prayer walk amidst protest

In the wake of the protest to end police brutality in Nigeria, Christian youths have reason to pray for the nation with the prayer walk revival.

With an announcement on the page of Christian rapper Limoblaze, Urban Afro singer Angeloh, Kerruso and more, on the 9th of October, 2020, the prayer walked kicked off at LCM Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos.

In attendance was singer Gaise, Jo’Deep, Praiseworld Radio CEO Tola Omoniyi, Imisioluwa Owolabi and about 600 christian youths.

The effect of the prayer walk was so powerful that it spiraled quickly. Nigerians in Jos, Kaduna, Abuja, Jos, Ilorin, Houston, UK, Canada, Markurdi and other towns within Lagos quickly made arrangements for a prayer walk.

Reports have it that at the prayer walk held in Kaduna, someone came walking with crutches but got healed during the prayers.

Posting on his page, Limoblaze while reporting on the Jos prayer walk said:

“This happened at Jos today and I’m the most fulfilled I’ve ever been in my life seeing children of God gathering across the whole nation to pray to ABBA. Earlier today at the Kaduna #Prayerwalk someone who walked in with crutches, dropped them off and was healed and I told Pastor @imisioluwaowolabi earlier today that I can never leave this God, No! Never! All the days of my long God glorifying days on this earth. Nigeria is walking into a new season.”

Pastor Sam Adeyemi and indeed Daystar has endorsed the movement with various retweets. The youth church of Daystar known as Star Hub also put out a short statement giving props to the rapper Limoblaze for the spiritual initiative.

“This is the season of Revival and we’re in the thick of it. God is doing a beautiful thing with our generation and we are ready for it. Shoutout to @limoblaze_ we’re just getting started.”

Many more cities around the globe has shown interest  in organizing the prayer walk. Already Ikeja, Lagos has witnessed 2 episodes. In a post on his Instagram, Iconic Gospel music minister Sammie Okposo also endorsed the move by posting a flyer of the Ogba Prayer Walk, happening on the 17th of October and kicking off at Excellence Hotel, Ogba.

Kudos to Limoblaze and the entire Nigerian youths at home and in diaspora.
