Victor Napoleon Chidiebere is a contemporary Nigerian gospel music minister who hails from Abia State and bases in Abuja. He is a recording artist, a songwriter, plays the flute, keyboard, and drums.
His long found love and passion for music since childhood was geared by his singing mother, who sings and plays the drums also, taking him to fellowships, camps, etc. back in Abuja. Plus a long line of singing uncles and aunties to his grandparents.
