–The Chosen Series Wins Most Inspiring Movie Of The Year
The Chosen Christian series won the Epiphany Prize for most inspiring Movie at the 30th annual Movieguide Awards, which aired Sunday, the 26th of February, 2023.
The Movieguide Awards takes place every year, to recognize the previous year’s faith-based movies and TV shows.
The Epiphany Prize, which was sponsored by theJohn Templeton Foundation, acknowledged “The Chosen” as the most inspirational and uplifting movie and television program.

In an appreciation post made by The Chosen crew, they said;
“Wow,” tweeted The Chosen on Feb. 27. “Last night, Movieguide awarded its Epiphany Prize for Most Uplifting Movie to The Chosen Season 3, Episodes One and Two. It’s an honor, and we’re thankful”
The Chosen Movie, is the largest crowd-funded media project in history, has become a global phenomenon and also the first-ever multi-season show about the life of Jesus.
Other award winners include Candace Cameron Bure and Dolly Parton. Bure won “most inspirational performance that best displays God’s grace toward us as human beings.”
