Kenya Gospel artiste Bahati as scooped the Best Gospel Artiste Award at the just concluded AFRIMMA awards which held in Dallas, US on the 26th of July, 2014.
Bahati was nominated alongside artiste such as Nikki Laoye, Isabella, Emmy Kosgei, Sonnie Badu, Ntokozo Mbambo and more.
Chief Dr. Godswill Akpabio of Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria was also honoured with Transformational Leadership Award while Yvonne Chaka Chaka and 2Face Idibia were honoured with Legendary Award.
Other winners include Iyanya, Les Nubians, Fuse ODG, Khuli Chana, Fally Ipupa, amongst others.
