Dazzling in a red dress, Soul Singer Nikki Laoye stepped out in style at Mo Abudu’s 50th birthday party which held over the weekend. She was styled by celebrity fashion consultant, Yolanda Okereke of RANI Company.
Nikki Laoye stole the hearts of all present as she performed a specially written nostalgic version of “Happy Birthday” for Mo Abudu while she cut her birthday cake with her Mum and two children. Quite an emotional moment for the beautiful celebrant.
Later on, Nikki led a medley of the classic tune “Aint No Stopping Us Now” and also, her hit track, “123”, with vocal backup by her female colleagues, Waje, Chidinma, Yinka Davies, Ara, Chee. The creative blend of Pop and Fuji by Nikki Laoye got everyone into a dance frenzy as the night moved on into the after party phase.
