Following his recent signing to ID Cabasa’s Coded Tunes Records, Afro fusion artiste Gaise has revealed in an interview with Channels TV that his aim is to bring Ebenezer Obey’s consciousness and Fela Anikulapo’s fearlessness to his music. He said his new deal will aid the actualization of this goal.
Speaking during the interview, Gaise said there is too much of “a kind of music right now and I’m not talking of style. I’m talking of content.” Gaise is of the opinion that there “should be more mentally stimulating music.”
