About 6 music ministers whose ministry span about 30 years and are still relevant today will converge, come the 25th of July 2015 at the NUT Pavillion, Ikeja where they will talk about the secret of their longevity, amongst other things.
David King Gospel Music Foundation presents “A Date with the Generals”, an initiative of the founder Pat Uwaje-King.
It’s an opportunity for the every Gospel artistes, especially the new generation artistes, in an age where the active lifespan of an artiste has been reduced to 4 years or less, to come and learn what made these generals thick. Issues that will be deliberated includes topics such as; the secret of longevity in music ministry, my music- my career, is there a difference? Understanding times and season, can my ministry be a means of livelihood? Becoming a better songwriter and lots more.
Speakers at the event are renowned gospel music ministers which include; Dr Panan Percy Paul, Evangelist (Dr) Bola Are, Pastor Wale Adenuga, Evangelist Toun Soetan, Minister Mike Abdul & Minister Pat Uwaje-King.
