Ooni Of Ife Leads Praises During Church Service
The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi (Ojaja II), who has come under various kind of criticism for being vocal about his Christian faith once again put himself in the spot when he led praises during Sunday Service on the August 28 at the palace.
In the video clip shared on social media, the Ooni is seen singing praises as the congregation danced away, echoing the chorus.
Reactions has also trailed this latest action by the Ooni of Ife with some for while others are against it. Amongst the most prominent is a certain user who argued for the Ooni saying the bible was clear when it said “let everything that hath breath praise God” and another saying it wasn’t an unusual practise for Kings to praise God in the good book.
