AGMMA 2017 (African Gospel Music & Media Awards) held on the 3rd of June 2017 and saw hosts of top guns in the Gospel music scene flock to the United Kingdom for the celebration and be recipient in person.
The award ceremony recognizes the immense gospel talent that exists within the African Gospel music and Christian media fraternity and beyond.
Gospel music icon Sammie Okposo bagged the Artiste of the Year award while international Gospel artiste of Ghanaian descent Sonnie Badu won the album of the Year award. Other winners of the night include, Isabella Melodie, DJ Gosporella, Sonnie Badu, Tim Godfrey. Snatcha, Sinach, Mike Aremu, Purist Ogboi all bagged an award.
