Guitar Virtuoso, composer, arranger and accompanist, Korede Omiringuitarwo releases his much awaited sophomore single as he celebrates his birthday (Sept. 1st).
The self-produced and arranged trio piece titled ‘Lifted,’ features a jazz re-harmonization of the popular Nigeria praise tune ‘Lifted, I am lifted’, delivered with Korede’s exceptional tone and melodious improvisation.
Recorded live at the Woodenpenny studio, The trio includes Korede Omiringuitarwo (Guitar), Sadibo Peter (bass) and Tunde Jimmy (drums).
“Lifted” serves as a follow-up to Omiringuitarwo’s debut single ‘I Need Thee’ released in 2016.
