Nigerian worship leader/songwriter and fashion consultant, Evelyn Adesola Ogunleye who is popularly known as Deyshawlah is out with her debut single, titled “God Alone”.
Deyshawlah simply describes “God Alone” as a song born from a place of surrender and total dependence on God’s sovereignty. With a powerful but melodious interpretation of the book of Numbers 23:19, she expresses her confidence in God’s inability to fail on His promises.
“I’m holding on to your word, I’m holding on to your promises, ’cause you’re a faithful God and you are God alone” she sings.
